And here's the new one. For the Rollins tour I
was looking for something to give me the voicings of my old SG (i.e. lots
of mahogany) to use to contrast the CEs. Something more trashy/throaty
along the lines of an old junior and lo! I came across an SE in a music
store and thought, "well THAT'LL work nicely". It's really cool.
I'm actually playing mostly with the selector mostly in the middle position
and saving that cool, woody treble tone for the solos. Awesome new addition
to the family...
